APPOINTMENTS

  • Patients are seen Tuesdays, Wednesdays,  Thursdays and Saturdays by appointment

  • Please indicate if you are in immediate pain or need urgent care

  • The doctor will spend two hours with you on your first visit

 

INSURANCE AND FEES

  • Contact your carrier (the number is usually on the back of the card) to request coverage information for out-of-network chiropractic care. We are not able to advise you on coverage details or correspondence with your insurance company.

  • Insurance is not accepted directly. Completed forms are provided to you. Simply mail them to your carrier and any reimbursement is sent to you.  Case details and treatment notes are provided when necessary at the patient's request.

  • Payment is required at the end of each appointment.

  • Cost is determined by procedures performed, not by time in the office.

  • First visit (examination and treatment) typically $350 

  • Subsequent treatments are typically $170  

Fragrance policy:  Due to the nature of the conditions seen in our office, it is fragrance-free. Please do not apply perfume, cologne or heavy hair products before your appointment.

APPOINTMENTS

  • New patient paperwork will be faxed, emailed or mailed to you prior to your appointment.

  • Set aside two hours for your first visit to allow for a thorough history, exam and treatment.

  • Subsequent visits are usually 30-45 minutes

  • We do not double book appointments. Your appointment is set aside for you alone.

It is important to us to promote the work of local artists and to enrich the time our patient's spend in our office with original works of art. If you are interested in showing in our space, please email us a proposal so we can consider it. Submissions for the next show will be accepted until August of 2007.

 

 

DIRECTIONS

SUBWAY

  • Accessible by subway: 
     4, 5 or 6 lines at 42nd Street/Grand Central Station or for a slightly longer walk, take the F,V,Q,W,N or R to Herald Square.

HOTEL

  • If you are coming from outside the tri-state area and need overnight accommodations, the Sheraton Russell at Park Avenue and E. 36th Street or the Comfort Inn on E. 35th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues are the closest hotels and accessible to the office by foot or cab. 

PARKING

  • Parking is very difficult in the Murray Hill Neighborhood. There is a parking garage between 34th and 35th Streets on Park Avenue South. Street parking is scarce. Check with your hotel to see if they offer parking for guests.
