APPOINTMENTS

  • Patients are seen Tuesdays by appointment

  • Please indicate if you are in immediate pain or need urgent care

  • The doctor will spend two hours with you on your first visit

 

INSURANCE AND FEES

  • Contact your carrier (the number is usually on the back of the card) to request coverage information for out-of-network chiropractic care. We are not able to advise you on coverage details or correspondence with your insurance company.

  • Insurance is not accepted directly. Completed forms are provided to you. Simply mail them to your carrier and any reimbursement is sent to you.  Case details and treatment notes are provided when necessary at the patient's request.

  • Payment is required at the end of each appointment.

  • Cost is determined by procedures performed, not by time in the office.

  • First visit (examination and treatment) typically $400 

  • Subsequent treatments are typically $180  

Fragrance policy:  Due to the nature of the conditions seen in our office, it is fragrance-free. Please do not apply perfume, cologne or heavy hair products before your appointment.

APPOINTMENTS

  • New patient paperwork will be faxed, emailed or mailed to you prior to your appointment.

  • Set aside two hours for your first visit to allow for a thorough history, exam and treatment.

  • Subsequent visits are usually 30-45 minutes

  • We do not double book appointments. Your appointment is set aside for you alone.

 

 

DIRECTIONS

  • Patients are seen in the office located at 122 Green Bay Road in Thiensville. 

HOTEL

  • If you are coming from outside the Milwaukee area, there are large chain hotels available in Grafton (15 minutes north of Thiensville) or charming bed and breakfasts in the nearby town of Cedarburg.
