APPOINTMENTS

  • Patients are seen Tuesdays by appointment.

  • New patient paperwork will be faxed, emailed or mailed to you prior to your appointment.

  • Set aside two hours for your first visit to allow for a thorough history, exam and treatment.

  • Subsequent visits are usually 30-45 minutes

  • We do not double book appointments. Your appointment is set aside for you alone.

DIRECTIONS

  • The office is located at 122 Green Bay Road in Thiensville, Wisconsin. From I-43, take Mequon Road west to Main Street north. Turn right on Buntrock/Green Bay Road and the office is in the blue mill building along the river.  

HOTEL

  • If you are coming from outside the Milwaukee area, there are large chain hotels in nearby Grafton or charming bed and breakfasts in Cedarburg.
