Duration of treatment is based on an
individual's condition, their response to treatment and their attention to
recommended home-therapies. Progression can vary greatly as the brain and body retrain
themselves.
FIRST VISIT (2
hours)

History,
examination and diagnosis
A history is taken, written and discussed, followed by a
thorough physical examination including orthopedic and neurological
tests.

Treatment
and Recommended Therapies
Chiropractic adjustments of the spine and/or extremities,
application of afferent stimulation in accordance with
neurological findings, use of physical therapy modalities and
suggestions of at-home maintenance stretching, rehabilitative
exercises, diet/lifestyle changes and nutritional supplements.

minutes)

coverage information and submission details for out-of-network chiropractic care.

Insurance
is not accepted directly. Completed claim forms are provided to you.
Simply mail them to your carrier and reimbursement is sent to you.

met at the end of each appointment.

Cost is
determined by procedures performed, not by time in the office.

(examination and treatment) is typically $350

Subsequent
treatments are typically $170

Cases
requiring x-rays or other diagnostic imaging are referred to an
outside source.
